Now Hiring - Technical Account Manager in Basking Ridge, NJ

Role and responsibilities:

-Manage product realization and maintenance process and milestones including industrial design, product feature lockdown, lab testing, software upgrade etc.
-Interface with carrier customer to perform product customer experience and technical compliance analysis. Provide and implement solution to solve critical issues to ensure on- time product launch.
-Create a complete device submission package for technical approval and ensure devices are sanity checked and tested before submission, and follow up with carrier customer after submission for any issue(s) that gates technical approval
-Interface with customer product trial team to support commercial trial as needed
-Interface with customer lab to manage testing schedule and resolve technical and logistic issues
-Work with customer and engineering team to create recipe for software upgrade
-Work with reverse logistic and engineering team to track product post launch issues and manage product end of life cycle.

Qualification:

-Bachelor degree with at least four years work experience in managing consumer electronics device from concept to
-Production
-Basic knowledge of wireless and wireline technologies (LTE, 5G, WIFI, Cable, Fiber, OS etc.)
-Excellent communication and customer interface skills,
-Can-do attitude,
-Chinese speaking is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,310.00 - $140,000.00 per year
